The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sathi P.S. Case No.26/2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 406 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that he runs a poultry farm and also deals chicken food products. The petitioner is alleged to have taken products of worth Rs.1, 22, 000/- on credit but he did not pay the amount.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid price of the products but on account of rendition of account and miscalculation, the informant alleged that Rs. 1, 22, 000/- is lying against the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17615 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 It appears from the face of the allegation that the dispute arose between two sides, the informant and the petitioner on account of payment of price of products.
Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.26/2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amit/- U T
