1. Heard the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for restraining the respondent corporation from issuing Letter of Intent to the respondent no. 7 pursuant to the draw in respect of item no. 161, said to be collusive.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the draw in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2221 of 2014 dt.15-12-2015 question has at the stage managed in favour of respondent no. 7 in connivance with the officials of the respondent. It is further stated that the petitioner has filed several representations which is annexed at Annexure 5 series but to no avail.

4. Having heard the parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 5 for redressal of his grievance. In case such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously, granting an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard.
