1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 332, 333, 427, 307, 109, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he received an information that two parties are quarreling, accordingly, he went to the place of occurrence and tried to pacify the matter but on orders of Ram Sevak Yadav, it is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners started pelting stones causing injury to the police personnel and even damaged the government vehicle and obstructed the informant from performing

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Ram Sevak Yadav and five others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 4353 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 16.02.2024, as such, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail on parity.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Rajaon P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
