JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in as much as the account of the petitioner, which was freeged earlier, has been released but the petitioner has suffered mental agony on account of being a senior citizen and his pension having been held up without any reason, hence he is entitled for some compensation.

In view of the short submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate
