JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. A. For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to regularise the services of petitioner who is working in Sadar Hospital, Hajipur as a compounder/ward boy since 10.05.2017 without any gap.

B. For grant of pay scale of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19145 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/3 compounder/ward boy as the petitioner is being deprived from the scale for which he is entitled being a technical staff in the Hospital working round the clock in shift manner.

C. For direction upon the respondent concerned to ensure the payment of Salary to the petitioner which is being released for the petitioner to the Healthline, Patna.

The Healthline is used to deduct a good portion of realised salary for the petitioner by the State Government."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Directorin-Chief, Health Services, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing

Patna High Court CWJC No.19145 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 3/3 appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
