In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.59 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that there was a dispute with respect to grazing of goat of accused persons of the standing crops, when the informant approached, the accused persons abused her and kept out from there. On 05.06.2015 at about 6:10 hours evening when the informant went to the field to pluck mung grain, all of a sudden, accused - Ayodhi Ram came there and caught hold the hand of the informant and dragged her, on that account she became naked.

No.22819 of 2018(2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. there is no role has been attributed against the petitioner and that too the offence is alleged to have been committed on 05.06.2015, but the F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of about one month of the alleged offence. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Siya Lal Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case no.59 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
