Patna High Court CWJC No.14443 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 the Court to order dated 08.12.2022 passed in CWJC No. 14057 of 2022 and submits that in view of the said order this writ petition be also disposed of.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also consented for the same.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 08.12.2022 passed in CWJC No. 14057 of 2022.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file the hard copy of the writ petition by tomorrow.

6. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be paying up-to-date due rent to the Corporation within one week from today.
