2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 61(2), 308(2) and 352 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a) and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Pandey, wherein he alleged that arms which was used in the alleged offence was kept in the flat of this petitioner. Petitioner is not alleged to have participated in the offence and he is in custody since 30.5.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Sadar Police Station Case No. 220 of 2025.
