The petitioner seeks bail in Dawath P.S. Case No. 92/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 307, 353, 188, 153(A), 295(A), 341, 323, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner in the written report. Name of petitioner has come on the basis of identification made by local Chaukidar. Allegation against this petitioner is that he had gone to enquire about the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dawath P.S.
