2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 303 (( 2 ), 74 and 3(5) of BNS.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Sandhya devi alleged that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when she was going to her home , in the meantime , this petitioner intercepted her and misbehaved with her and also snatched Rs. 10,000/- from her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulteriror motive . There is 3 days delay in lodging the present F.I.R. for which there is no plausible explanation .

Learned counsel for the State opposed and submitted that there is direct and specific allegation against this petitioner that he intercepted informant and misbehaved with her and also looted cash of Rs. 10,000/- from informant.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
