Ist Class, Munger, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1082(C) of 2012 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 149 of the IPC against the petitioners.

Permission is accorded.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as

The interim order granted to the petitioners vide order dated 28.10.2013, stands vacated.

The petitioners will be at liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge.
