After addressing the Court at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there is a remedy of appeal under both the Acts i.e. the Land Acquisition Act, 2013
Patna High Court CWJC No.19181 of 2021(4) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal or to approach the competent authority.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal or to approach the competent authority.
