2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 15(2)(b), 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act.

3. According to F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to be Manager of the allegedly unauthorised nursing home.

4. It is submitted that at the time of raid, no patients were found in the nursing home in question. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged nursing home and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let

No.56222 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P. S. Case No. 113 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
