2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 379, 504, 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 138 of 2013, arising out of C.R. No. 2036 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and reiterates his commitment to keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour.

4. Despite valid service of notice none appears

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23560 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 on behalf of OP No. 2 when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 138 of 2013, arising out of C.R. No. 2036 of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
