Gone through the order impugned. The proposed amendment, in my view, will not cause prejudice to the petitioner and in likewise manner, is not going to change the nature of the suit. Furthermore, it happens to be a subsequent event having bearing over the fate of the suit, therefore, rightly been allowed by the learned lower court, however, subject to rebuttal at the end of the petitioner/ defendant.
