JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 30 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. 27 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no such criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
