Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of offence of robbery is against unknown criminal. The petitioner was apprehended without collection of any material and his confessional statement has been recorded by the police.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2016. However, he has not been put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9080 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur/successor Court in connection with Gaighat Police Station Case No. 163 of 2016.
