The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. case no. 186 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of other co-accused, who have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7388 of 2018.
