The petitioner is accused in connection with S.T. No. 83 of 2016, arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2015, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Banka.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 12.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27756 of 2016 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9589 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
