Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of cheating against this petitioner who passed the main examination of SSC with the help of solver.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the case only on suspicion. Petitioner is a student and no case u/s 419 of IPC is made out against him. Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur PS case No. 660/2021.
