2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022 registered in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No. 195 of 2024 (G.R.No.933 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the police party while on patrolling, nabbed the petitioner riding a motor-cycle, laden with 90 litres of Nepali liquor

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and is

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No.195 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
