Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(d)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2016 with allegation that 5 liters of liquor and some raw materials were recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Digha P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9314 of 2017 (3) dt.18-04-2017 No.308 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
