The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 290, 341, 323, 307, 188, 331, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 435, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Public Property Act.

No.58315 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the allegation against them is that they along with other accused persons assaulted the police party by bricks and stones and damaged the vehicle and caused injuries and also created hindrance in discharge of official duty.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection
