The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 375/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against Dharmendra Singh @ Jugnu Singh that he made attempt to flee away from the police custody and he also tried to snatch rifle from a constable. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner Ram Naresh Sahani. It is further alleged that the petitioner also conspired with other accused persons.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in
