Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case there is recovery of total 7.9 liters of english wine.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2019 and he is aged abut 65 to 70 years.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52618 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-VI cum Special Judge (Excise) Act, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019.
