The petitioners are in custody in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 01.07.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioners as per F.I.R. that they have stopped the informant and caught her hand.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50700 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 case has been lodged by the informant due to old land dispute, a Title Suit No. 24 of 1960 was initiated between both the parties and the Title Suit was decided in favour of the petitioners. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special (POCSO) Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors should be female of the locality.
