2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 12.04.2012 raising a demand of Rs. 1,94,310/- with interest against loan Account No. AU 271; and for connected reliefs.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for both parties have expressed their agreement that the matter be disposed of in terms of order dated 27.07.2009 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 8639 of 2009 (Sri Satyadeo Tiwary vs. The Chairman, State Bank of India and Ors.,)(Annexure-5).

4. Having regard to the stand of the parties and with their consent, the writ petition stands disposed of in line with and on the
