In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner :

(2) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the letter as contained in memo no.847 dated 30.11.15 (Annexure 12) passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Gaya whereby the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled which is illegal/unjustifiable and not in accordance with law.

(3) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to reinstate the service of the petitioner.

(3) For issuance of further writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to pay the entire salary of the petitioner which is due since August, 2010.

The order under challenge in the present writ application has been passed by the District Appellate Authority, Gaya. The petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
