JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-04-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63138 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on certain terms and conditions.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not make arrangement of money of first installment and, therefore, he could not surrender within time. He prays for extension of time for surrender in the Court below in terms of the aforesaid order. Four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated 15.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63138 of 2017.
