The petitioner seeks bail in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 200/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act and sections 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police on suspicion that they were preparing for committing dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded countrymade pistol was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 29.10.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 8th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S.
