It appears that in the divorce case, the respondents filed application under Section 36 of the Divorce Act, 1869 claiming rupees two lacs litigation cost and rupees one lac per month as maintenance from the husband-petitioner. Objection was filed by the husband. The Court below by the impugned order dated 14.07.2014 in Matrimonial Case No. 554 of 2013, Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna relied upon the income tax return filed by the petitioner and then directed to the petitioner to pay Rs. 5000/- as maintenance per month to the wife and Rs. 15,000/- in lump sum as litigation cost.
Since the order is reasoned or after considering the submissions of the parties and after perusal of the materials
Patna High Court CWJC No.2171 of 2015 (6) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 available on record, no case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made out.
Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
