JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-09-2024 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she stated that she herself went to her maternal house (Nanihal) after some quarrel with her brother.

2. In view thereof, the trial Court is directed to verify the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and if the victim has stated that she herself went to her maternal house after quarrel, the petitioner shall be released on bail as per the
