ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.01.2013 by which the Principal Judge Family Court, Patna has enhanced maintenance from Rs. 2,000/- to Rs. 4,000/-. The petitioner submits that since her husband earns Rs. 40,000/-, she should get more.

Counsel for the Opposite Party no. 2 submits that the petitioner is living in his house and therefore, she only requires some money for her upkeep which he is ready to give. In the interest of justice, the amount is increased to Rs. 5,000/- per month from today. The Family Court Patna is directed to

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.405 of 2013 dt.09-02-2016 2/2 conclude the Divorce Case no. 652 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party. The parties are directed to cooperate in the disposal of the case.
