2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:
"For the release of GPF Amount since 2810-1971 to 30-11-2007 with interest."
3. Today, affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Dumraon, Buxar, in which the categorical stand is that all the admitted dues of the petitioner has been credited into his account. Copy of the affidavit has already been served on learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the aforesaid and taking note of the fact that neither anybody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner nor any
Patna High Court CWJC No.17988 of 2016 dt.09-08-2018 2/2 rejoinder to the aforesaid affidavit has been filed, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
6. Before parting, the Court would indicate that on 02.08.2018, on the fair stand taken by learned counsel for the State that payment would be credited into the account of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned.
