2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Petitioners are alleged to have obtained appointment, as nurse on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners were appointed, as nurse after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56281 of 2025(4) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 petitioners have been terminated from service vide letter no. 53 dated 10.2.2025, issued by Sub Divisional Hospital, Tarapur, Munger (Annexure- 2 to the supplementary affidavit).
5. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert this fact.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed. Let both the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Tarapur Police Station Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
