16-08-2018 In this case as back as on 28.11.2016 the Lawazima Board had granted four weeks final time to remove the defect nos. 1 to 6. The defects have not been removed. The matter was then listed on 23.03.2018 when no one appeared for the petitioner, still this court granted two weeks time to remove the defects. The defects were not removed and the matter was listed on 11.04.2018. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on that date, but the court on its own granted two weeks further time to remove the defects, as pointed out by office, but the defects were not removed. The matter was listed on 08.05.2018 and this court again granted one week time after re-opening of court after Annual Vacation, 2018. The file has once again been placed before this court because the petitioner has not removed the defects despite aforementioned adjournments.

In view of the negligence and laches on the part of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1918 of 2016 (6) dt.16-08-2018 petitioner in removing the defects despite so many adjournments granted for the purpose, the application stands dismissed for nonprosecution as a whole. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Rajeev/- U
