Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus to the Court below for deciding the objection petition filed by the petitioner.

It is settled principle of law that this Court has no jurisdiction to decide under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. So far the supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 is concerned, admittedly objection application has been filed to the probate application and the Court blow has framed the issue and directed the parties to produce witnesses. Therefore, also in supervisory jurisdiction, no interference can be made. 4.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
