JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri Dalmianagar P.S. Case No. 497 of 2016, registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Bijendra Kumar. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.12.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15100 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dehri Dalmianagar P.S.
