This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the First Information Report vide Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013, disclosing offence punishable under Section 135 of Electricity Act. From perusal of the First Information Report, it transpires that allegedly, the petitioner was found committing the theft of electricity. No case for quashing of the First Information Report in exercise of power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is made out.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.
