The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 30(a) and 30(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 10 litres country made liquor in a Jarkin and utensils for preparing the liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.01.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17540 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
