The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 685 of 2021, arising out of Malsalami Police Station Case No. 275 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/364/201/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order, dated 02.03.2022, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 59583 of 2021. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected on its own merits and within one year from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56517 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 last rejection, the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been renewed.

I do not find any ground for reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
