The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 24.04.2013 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 865 of 2003 by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna, whereby the Cr. Rev. No. 865 of 2003 preferred by the Second Party/petitioner is dismissed affirming the order dated 20.10.2003 passed in Case No. 521(M) of 2003 converting the proceeding of Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. under Section 145 Cr.P.C.
