Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016 registered under Sections- 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village animosity. In her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim did not mention about any foul play and force used by the petitioner. Victim was examined by the medical board in which her age has been assessed between 17-19 years. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16033 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Suitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016.
