Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016 registered under Sections- 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village animosity. In her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim did not mention about any foul play and force used by the petitioner. Victim was examined by the medical board in which her age has been assessed between 17-19 years.
