ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-03-2016 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 18.05.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Mahepura in Cr. Appeal No. 05 of 2014 CIS No. 06 of 2014 by which it has confirmed the order dated 26.02.2014 passed by the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Complaint Case No. 80 of 2012 (Tr. No. 2430 of 2014) by which it has convicted the Petitioner under Section 498A IPC and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and sentenced to RI for two years and four months respectively.
Considering that the Petitioners had not surrendered after their conviction before the Court below and, hence, the Revision Application is dismissed as not maintainable.
