JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 The aforesaid batch of writ petitions involve the same issue i.e. challenge to the certificate cases lodged against the respective petitioners.
Having regard to the law prevailing in such cases, the present writ petitions are disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh objections before the Certificate Officer within a period of four weeks from today whereafter the Certificate Officer shall finalize the certificate cases by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law. In the meantime, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner. However, if the petitioner does not file the objection within a period of four weeks from today, the Certificate Officer shall proceed ex parte.
