JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 By letter No.2460 dated 19.05.2017, it has been reported by the District & Sessions Judge, Begusarai that only one witness is to be examined in the present case and the trial of the case could not be concluded within the stipulated period due to vacant Court.

It has been reported by the Registry that Sri Dharmshil Srivastava, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai and Sri Tarun Kumar Sinha, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur have been posted as Presiding Officers at Begusarai and Muzaffarpur respectively. The Sessions Judge, Begusarai is directed to take all necessary steps for concluding the S.T. No.72 of 2015 preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production
