Letters Patent Appeal No.2033 of 2016 (Narendra Kumar Dikshit & Ors. Versus The State of Bihar & Ors.) arising out of another analogous C.W.J.C. No.21115 of 2013 has been decided on 27th of January, 2017.
In view of the said fact, the present Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of in the same terms as in Narendra Kumar Dikshit'case (supra).
