Petitioner is accused in connection with Jainagar P.S Case No. 144 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the I.P.C. and 47(A) of Bihar Excise Act.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to local politics. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 09.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
