For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Md. Khurshid Alam, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Ms. Geeta Kumari, GP-28 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Although the petitioner has questioned the eligibility of the respondent no. 8 for holding the post of Pramukh, Block-Baheri in the District of Darbhanga by questioning the caste certificate issued in her favour but in consideration of the fact that the notification for fresh Panchayat elections have been issued by the State Election Commission, I find that the issue at present has been rendered academic and the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise the same in case the occasion may arise in future.
