JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner and thrust of accusation is against the husband of deceased who is in custody.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.64721 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun PS case No.27/2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
